SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Florabella by Diana offers fresh flower delivery across Sydney.

Delivery Areas We currently deliver to Sydney metropolitan areas. Please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm delivery availability to your address.

Delivery Timeframes We offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after this cut-off will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Days We deliver any arranged times 

Delivery Fees Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within Sydney.

Perishable Items Our flowers are perishable. If no one is available to receive your order, our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot and notify you. Florabella by Diana is not responsible for flowers left unattended after a delivery attempt.
